Always Easy
Service is always great and the experience is always easy which is important to me! I called at the last minute (literally called at 8am and dropped my car at 8:30 am) for service. They accommodated me with no issues. It took about 3 minutes to check me in (confirmed svce cost so no surprises) and I was on my way. At pickup time, I checked out in about 5 minutes (reviewed basic svce performed). They even backed my car out onto the road for me.

A+ Service
Needed an oil change last min for my 25’ MDX before going on a 2 Hr drive. There was a Acura dealer BUT almost 20mins away from where I was, Decided to Searched up some places while in the area for my son’s Jujitsu class which typically lasts an hour. I Came across JK’s Auto service which was 2/3 mins away & the reviews online lived up to my expectations. I Pulled up to JK’s, got my car on the lift as soon as I got there, & they completed the oil change in under 30mins. Shout out to the owner (Will)! He came out & greeted me as I waited & we had a good chat while they wrapped things up. (Super nice guy)!
I’m big on customer service & the guys @ JK’s Auto Service delivered.! I would highly recommend them for your auto needs.

Good customer service and job well done
Needed a last minute NYS inspection as well as an oil change and filters. Got an appointment quickly and job done well. Nick was courteous and knowledgeable and so far will use them for our automotive needs.
