Excellent Service and Repair
We are new to the area and very pleased we found JM’s Automotive Repair. We needed to get our old GMC Sierra pickup truck back into good working order. Their diagnostic work and communication was excellent. Their work was excellent and pricing was very fair,. They just gained new loyal customers.

They are professional and courteous
Went for estimates on several items I was told needed work on my car. JM’s did a full inspection of my car and estimates of fixing every problem. JM’s employee spent time going over the prices and exactly what needed to be fixed in a way I could understand. He also let me know what projects are most important to fix, opposed to those that can wait, since the employee knew I couldn’t afford to fix everything at the same time. Battery change
As always, JM's was sensitive to my needs and got me right in when I called this morning questioning if my battery might be bad. It proved to be the case when they checked it out, and they had a new one in within 20 min. I recommend them for prompt service and fair prices.

Family Mechanic
Of all the insanity grownups must contend with, I know our vehicle issues will always be timely, appropriately, and affordably taken care of; it's a relief, really. Every time our car requires service, we receive personalized attention with any and all available options put on the table for consideration; we are extremely happy with JM's and highly recommend them. My only concern is that they become so busy we won't be able to get an appointment! : )
