Nick Deaver had a trustworthy business. Reputable, honest, fair, good prices. Unfortunately, his former mechanic, Jimmy, has bought him out.
We were not aware of this when we were quoted $2,500 for our state inspection. We did not get a 2nd opinion, as we assumed Nick was quoting the estimate. Did we really need new tie rods, rotors, alignment…?
20 minutes after my husband agreed to the work, we called back to speak to Nick and were told Jimmy was the new owner. We asked for a stop on the work and Jimmy declined.
