Outstanding Service Writer
I recently brought my 2021 Hyundai Palisade in for a number of needed repairs.
My service writer Marcos was especially helpful in guiding me through the process.
He took great care to communicate well with me and with the service technicians.
He was friendly, knowledgeable and eager to ensure that all of my service requests were fulfilled.
He also helped me out with convenient Lyft transport to and from work while service was being performed on my vehicle.
Hats off to you Marcos for providing outstanding customer service.
