Elizebeth said they broke her master cylinder cap and were going to replace it and did not fix it. They put the old one back in without her knowledge. She would have appreciated some honesty from them and would have liked a discount. They did notify her that they will order the part, but she doesn't trust them so she will have to have another mechanic install it.
