Unhappy
We have had our vehicle in for servicing a noise in the back of the vehicle. We have brought the vehicle in on many different occasions and they are still unable to fix the problem. They tell us they can't hear the noise and need us to go test drive it for them. When we go in to test drive it, it almost instantly makes the noise. They have "fixed" a few different things now with no solution to the original problem.

My 2nd Service to New Car
Liberty Hyundai is a very good place to have your car serviced. Staff is friendly and will take good care of your vehicle.

As noted, Corporate Hyundai should do a better job with their offer of three free oil changes when you buy a new car. Too many stipulations with it. Confusing to the costumer and even the dealers.

Service was good but three free oil changes are difficult to get.
Rainey was very helpful and as far as I could tell all oil change checklist was completed. Not happy with Hyundai's offer for three oil changes on new vehicles. Very confusing to me and even the service dept.

You’re dealing with a front for Hyundai and once you have an issue, the dealership will drop any assistance or interest in helping.

Warranty repairs are approved from Hyundai, any questions on why something is not covered is then directed to Hyundai Customer Care once we relay the reason we receive.  Unfortunately the dealer cannot complete any work or order any parts without approval. At our dealership level we did assist in a rental at no charge to you that you had for a week and drove over 3000 miles.  We like to work with all of our customers and Hyundai on there vehicle issues within the warranty parameters from the manufacture.

Wonderful, as always
From check in with Rainey, to the full jobs with the service staff, I am always so very happy to come in. This time was a big visit...oil change, switched out my all weather tires/wheels to my snow tire/wheels, time for a filter change and needed a computer system update.

All jobs are always completed in a timely fashion and I'm updated with any delays or unexpected expenses.

I've stayed with this dealership since 1990 when they were selling a competitor's brand. They picked up Hyundai about 2010 or so, I believe, and my salesman showed me the Sonata when I came in to buy a new car. I was impressed by the overall value and decided to switch brands. I was glad I did and that this dealership kept the Hyundai brand.
