First time at Loricks
In a word honest. I explained to Mike that the car wasn't starting right and I told him I think I need a new starter. When they got down to it it was simply a loose wire. Another mechanic could have charged me for a new starter but Mike charged me very little to fix this problem. So that's what I call honesty. I have a couple of other issues that need to be addressed and I will definitely be going back to them.
