Quick and Professional
The car went in for evaluation within 10 minutes of my appointment and was diagnosed as a shifting belt in my front tires. Lou personally provided feedback and the staff member in charge of getting parts got me a great price for two new front tires. I was out of the shop with 2 hours with a completely repaired vehicle. As always, the personnel I had the pleasure of dealing with kept me fully informed of the progress and made the departure so pleasant. I can recommend Lou's Total Car Care without reservation to anyone who needs their car repaired. Great Job!
