I called earlier in the day to schedule an inspection as I’d be in the Hopkinton area. They said come on down as it’s first come first served, but to please avoid the lunch hour, and bring in keys and registration to front desk. The receptionists were very knowledgeable as they spoke to current and prospective customers. They offered a climate controlled waiting room inside, which not all auto service centers offer, and I was in and out in around 30 minutes, with my car waiting for me just outside the door. Highly recommend.
