Dodge ram 3500 diesel
Dodge ram 3500 diesel Be careful of this dealership sold me an unsafe truck it needed a new drag link I drove from Sacramento on the way home it was wandering around on the road so when I got home I took it to the front and shop and they said the drag link is bad on it cost me over $700 my bill was $1000 I was supposed to meet Matt when I drove from Sacramento but he laughed some other heavy weight guy was there when I got there he had the worst attitude than any car dealership person I’ve dealt with I thought he was the owner to people come in and they treated them terrible and laughed and said they’ll probably be writing a review he promised me he would get the extra key and owners manual to me but no one will answer their phone never followed through I had to spend over $100 for an extra key and now I have to take it back and pay to have it paired with the truck don’t trust anything they say and if I was going to buy again I would take the truck and had it checked out by a mechanic they said it was safety check but it wasn’t it Be careful pretty slimy people

Purchased 2022 dodge ram 3500
Purchased a 2022 dodge ram 3500 diesel worst experience I’ve ever had at a car dealer I’m 66 years old I drove from Sacramento and I talk to Matt had everything set up and then when I got there five minutes they had some other person there to help me he was the most rude and unkind person I’ve met in a long time to customers come in and heat down talk to them like they were garbage then laughed and said they’ll probably write a complaint against him he promised to give me the extra key and the owners manual so I didn’t write it down just shows you you can’t trust anybody this place is really slimy the owners ghost me and Matt the sales person has ghosted me won’t return phone calls when I got the pick up here I noticed it was steering funny on the drive back so I took it to the Front end shop and they said the drag link was wore out And if they did a safety check on the tracks they should have found it so be careful be careful be careful put everything in writing take the vehicle and have your own mechanic look at it

BMW purchase
Stay far away from buying here bought a BMW X5 which I should have known better but drove it home check engine light came on very long story short took to a BMW dealership .warranty company wouldn’t cover nothing a waste of money. 4000.00 dollars later for the upper turbo and would eventually need the lower turbo for 6000.00 I dumped the rig . The mechanic was clearing out the codes when I went to pick it up so they knew there was a problem but they wouldn’t fix it so lesson learned only go to reputable dealerships. .And stay far away from here.

affordable dealership
My fiancee and I bought a car from their dealership for business purposes and less than a month later, we purchased another vehicle from them because of their phenomenal service and quality of vehicles. Both transactions were painless and easy! The team is VERY accommodating and worked with us to fit our needs! Thankful that when whenever we have issues with the cars that that we purchased we get personal and professional help every-time and don't have to fight the dealership for assistance.

Fantastic place!
Found exactly the car I wanted for a terrific price. The dealer allowed me to spend several hours of looking at the vehicles and taking test drives. I love the choice I made, and would absolutely recommend Luxury Sport Autos to anyone looking for a professional and friendly car buying experience

Luxury Sport Autos took care of us. They helped my husband and myself to find our ideal vehicle. The sales guy was very patient, knowledgeable and quickly answered our questions. He drove us to a warehouse to see two vehicles that we were highly interested in and we were able to make our final decision there. Finally, we got our dream car AUDI. "Luxury" Sport Auto SUCKS in soooooo many ways.
"Luxury" Sport Auto on Bonita Road in Tigard, Oregon is unfortunately run by a group of incompetent white male 20/30s something Millennial crooks. These dudes chose to put me through many layers of HELL on Earth by not returning numerous phone calls, overcharging me, "hooking me up" with a terrible warranty company, not completing the repair tasks we agreed(signed) upon....to name only a few of their atrocious acts/choices.
Run far far far away, potential Buyer. Try not to be suckered in by an auto list price. Save yourselves. I will I had.

Choice vehicles with an accommodating staff
This was the second car I purchased from Luxury Sport and I would make my third from there as well. They carefully select choice vehicles and ensure that any and all optimizations are made before you drive off the lot. They are not pushy on the sale as I would imagine the cars sell themselves at the prices they offer.

Their service dept has made a come back!
I have dealt with the two previous service managers prior to Lance, their current service manager. I would not have come back if I didn't hear there was new management and wanted some leftover issues taken care of. Lance was great! He did not interrogate or debate me over service warranty issues. Just got it done!

Fantastic Customer Service
I'm not one to write reviews ever. Yet, this case I was treated with great service I had to write and give them 5 stars.
LSA went over and above their service. They put gas in my car, added gas cap that was missing, and added two quarts of
oil all on their DIME, and offered me a loaner car if I need it. All I went there for was to fix 3 rims that had some damage.
That is a 10 star Customer Service review. By the way, my rims look brand new. Great work!!
