Scam artist, unprofessional weed smoker
Mike is a scam artist. His business is it is a complete scam. He overcharged me for service on my vehicle for brakes. The total cost for repair on my vehicle for back brakes was $820. He also charging an additional 60 bucks and said he’s doing me a favor waving $130 which was the brake inspection when I agree to repair it With them. They are supposed to waive that. Avoid this shop at all costs. They’re stealing customers from other business businesses, listing false advertisements on Google Search.

Great and honest service
Has a air suspension problem. Correctly diagnosed and provided repair options and their ramifications. Pricing was very honest and competitive. Proceeded to provide a though check for other problems, and those too were correctly diagnosed and corrected at honest and reasonable cost. Sam and Dereck were both a pleasure to work with. Very honest and forthcoming.

The Best!
Even though i live in Ohio, i bring my car into Mack Auto Center when i am in Grosse Pointe Woods, because of the friendly service. Customer service like it used to be. They always take the time to listen, to recommend, or even to tell me not to worry. They take care of everything on my care and do so in such a pleasant manner. I wish they would open a store in my town in Ohio!
