She was very very rude and short when asking guesting to get quotes. She left a very bitter taste in my mouth. If you this rude on the phone to a futher customer what would it be like I. Person. Wow never mind I will take my business some where more friendly and not as pushy. I am doing you a favor taking my vehicle there so you would have a job. Nor to be treated rudely. I heard other customers say this shop is way over price and they will break something else to get you to come back, dishonest about what's wrong. Example I called the other day about lower ball joints on one side. They quoted me over $1100, a different company quoted me $500 I ask why the difference they did not know, telling me dame parts, same time frame that dose not change when we look it up. Wow
