The use of my service warranty
I have issues with my car that were there when I purchased the car and they are trying to use my service warranty to cover this instead of coming out of their own pocket when they know that I complained about this the same week I purchased a car and I have been trying to get this issue fixed for sometime and I’m not getting returned phone calls and the place that I took it to get it repaired is not receiving returned phone calls so I decided not to get it fixed all and I was referred to them, which makes me mad because I didn’t follow my first mind

Awful Scam sales person
Jolynn and her sales manager tried to scam me for $2750 by adding to the cost so it would look like they are giving me a good deal on my trade. this is 100% a scummy way to conduct business I just hope they learn from this and stop using this tactic.

False advertising
Have an internet price that they won't honor and then add a $1500 fee on top of that then only offer half of what any dealer offered for trade. Don't waste your time dealing with them.

Mike called me ahead of time and scheduled the appointment so I wouldn't have to wait.
Their service manager Michael Huskey is also on top of things and is very helpful.

Drained and refilled brake fluid, power steering fluid, oil and filter change.
I always feel like Hyundai garage will have in depth knowledge of our Santa Fe and do excellent work with mechanics who are well trained and certified. Also, these folks have never "pushed" extra work onto me. When I ask about what needs to be done, they seem to be upfront and honest about the schedule (which in our case does not conform to the printed schedule, as we put very few miles on our Santa Fe). We might be able to get some of the work done somewhat less expensively somewhere else, but often not, and we know that it will be done correctly at Hyundai (after all, they may be able to sell us a new vehicle someday if we have confidence in them.

Great experience!
This is the only place I have taken my car for service. They are consistent with letting me know of upcoming service recommendations for the car and how it helps. All staff is friendly. I appreciate the video text of the technician walking through the point check done with each oil change.
If you’re looking for honesty, consistency, & transparency; this is where you need to go.

Untrustworthy
I have been using this dealership service department for a while now and I absolutely do not trust this place. Unfortunately, they are the only Hyundai dealer around.
We were going to buy another Hyundai-love the vehicle itself, but this dealership has forced warranties that offer very little for the almost $1000, and you can't refuse it! How is that even legal??
Please scrutinize your bill, question service recommendations, and then check again. We will be driving over a hundred mes in the future rather than use this dealership for anything.
But don't just take my word for it; check the customer reviews online.

Paint chipping off new car
We have purchased a lot of vehicles from other dealers this was the first here and will never purchase another one. We took car In because paint was chipping in the bottom of our brand new car and they are tell us it is a rock chip so they will not fix it. We do not drive on gravel roads.
