Total piece of JUNK do not buy
I purchased a 2026 Hyundai Santa Cruz and have been extremely disappointed with the overall quality. With only 1,800 miles on the vehicle, I have already experienced issues that I would never expect to encounter on a practically new truck. In my opinion, the vehicle does not reflect the level of durability or craftsmanship I expected when making this purchase.
What concerns me most is that a vehicle with so few miles has already required dealer attention. A new vehicle should inspire confidence, not leave owners wondering what problem might arise next. The fit, finish, and overall quality have not met my expectations for a modern vehicle in this price range.
My experience has significantly damaged my confidence in both the product and the brand. Reliability was one of the reasons I chose Hyundai, but my ownership experience has left me questioning that decision. Based on what I have experienced, I would not purchase another Hyundai in the future, nor would I personally recommend one to friends or family.
Every owner's experience is different, but mine has been overwhelmingly negative. When spending this much money on a new vehicle, I believe customers should reasonably expect better quality, better durability, and fewer issues than I have experienced.
