After hearing others complain about McGrath's Sevice tactics, I actually went in and spoke with Michael, the sevice manager and asked point blank the cost of just an oil change. He brought up my service record and VIN and his answer was $98 + Tax or aound $109 out the door and he scheduled me for the following Saturday. Upon arrival I was told my appointment was canceled? Next, imagine my surprise when the total came to $138 I asked Emma the service advisor and she replied she was unable to make any adjustments. FInally the placed a oil change sticker on my windshield recommending I return in 5000 miles even though Hyundai recommends every 8000.
