Annoying rattle
As always, they were able to find the rattle and offer a reasonable lead priced alternative to what would've been a rather expensive repair on a six-year-old car.

Unexpected charges
When I picked up the vehicle. The price was double the quoted price. I brought a kit in to have installed. A bolt was broke in intake mount and was repaired. They changed my fuel filters and added a disaster prevention kit that I brought in to them.

Battery change
My battery died and they were able to get it fixed very quickly so I would not miss a commitment. The battery is more difficult to replace because of its location, but they got it done so I could get on the road!

With a quick oil change on every corner these days, it is good to have experienced professionals do my oil change and other auto maintenance needs. Dropped my vehicle off over the weekend, left them a message, and Monday they contacted me to give me a timeline of when they could service it. They had the part in stock and fixed it quickly.
