My car broke down so I called AAA. They sent a tow truck technician from MD Auto named Felipe. I can’t say enough about how friendly, knowledgeable and helpful he was. He went above and beyond to help us by checking under the hood to find the problem which he did. It was a shredded belt. I’m sorry I couldn’t tip him more because he certainly deserved more. Such a rarity to meet someone nice these days. Whatever they’re paying him is probably not enough. Thank you!
