While our experience with our salesperson was acceptable; totally dissatisfied with the after the sale bologna! Provided the 10-day payoff on our trade; imagine my surprise to have our payment drafted as set-up 14-days after we traded in the vehicle. Called to see why the payoff had not been made; I’m arrogantly told they have 30-days to process that payoff. Making payments on a car that’s sitting on their lot to be sold is total BS.
