I don’t have much experience with car repairs, but I can say with 1000% confidence that no one can match the level of service and care that I received from Justin at Neo! My car wasn’t drivable and he showed up on a holiday to diagnose and did what repairs that he could on the spot. He also arranged towing to his shop and my car was up and running the very next day. I didn’t have to stress about a thing. Justin is honest, incredibly courteous and genuinely cares about his customers. And to top it off, the final bill was very reasonable. As I am newer to the area, it’s reassuring to have found NEO Automotive! I couldn’t be happier!

Great work
I had an issue on my truck with the belt. I called to see if they can help me out. They say if I could bring the truck so they can diagnose it which I did as soon as I arrive they were very attentive. They help me out with an issue when they saw the problem they address it to me and explain what could be done to fix it, I didn’t took more than an hour and a half and they were very honest and very and they did a very good job. I’m really happy that I went there and had a great experience and customer service was top notch. Thank you

Diagnostic on 1997 Toyota 4Runner
Today we had our 1997 4Runner in to check very weak brakes. We received a very thorough inspection and detailed estimate. We will be back soon to have work done (we live in Virginia and are leaving today). We are very satisfied withe the experts of Neo and the professionalism and friendliness of everyone. Dependable, communicative and attention to detail. These are important to me in auto service and any service that I contract out with to get work done. Justin and his crew are AMAZING. I took my 2016 Mercedes 250 CLA 4Matic for sunroof service. It was NOT an easy job or for the faint of heart mechanic. Neo did a super job repairing it and kept me in the loop about what had to be done and why. I would not hesitate to bring a car to his shop to get work done. Thanks!
