Awesome service!
I usually bring my car here for regular maintenance. Yesterday I called them trying to make an appointment because my car was grinding. They asked if I could bring it in right then. It was 2:40 in the afternoon. I got it there by 3 and they called me telling me what needed to be fixed and told me it would be ready by 6. I wasn’t expecting to get it done that day, they are amazing!

Diagnostics need fine tuning
I had a disappointing experience after what I suspected was a faulty ignition. The crew changed the battery and the ignition problem persisted. Few weeks later, I took my CRV to Honda for a diagnostic evaluation and it was the starter. Wires were left hanging from the previous repair, which Honda adjusted and documented on my invoice to share with NE Tires. I like the front desk folks, but I have yet to meet a mechanic or supervisor. I will continue to use them for routine oil changes.

soory you feel this way and you have met a supervisor mike the manager also i have introduced you to techs but saying we left wires hanging bases on the dealer who are very rarely transparent is a he said she said but obviously you put your trust in the dealer and that is good so going forward i suggest you go there for all your repair and service needs  as the dealer has met you needs and expectations.thank you for your past business and best of luck.

Very helpful.
My husband’s car indicated low tire pressure on one tire, he called them, could bring the car in and had it fixed in a great time. Then we picked it up and left my car which needed an oil change and just checking over everything else because I was going in a trip. Again, it did not take long. They are always good at what they do and do it on a timely basis. I’ve been a customer for many years.

Looking for quick flat fix on a tire purchased there
Was told they would put the car in the air and check out underneath. When I called near closing time was told they found $1500 front end work plus needed new tire for $400 but not to worry the work could be done next day. Had to pay $45 to get my car back with no work done. Got 2 new tires installed Town Fair tire $445
