Northwest inspected my car for a front end shake and could easily sold me on repairs that were not required. He told me to start with the tires (bought at discount tire), have them inspected, and rebalanced. Northwest also inspected the front brakes, the assessment was not required, but in the near future have them done. I did have the brakes done to be safe. The price was fair and reasonable.
