Incredible Customer Service
I had to replace my knock sensor, and after months of being strung along by other auto shops with poor administration, ill-staffing, and sluggish follow through, I fortunately came across Oak Knoll. Sahand, the manager was incredibly helpful. He was generous and thorough with information about all the work being done and the cost, not only patiently explaining everything when quoting me a price, but promptly ordering the right parts when I called to get work started the next day. The mechanics also spotted areas for potential future repairs and instead of aggressively upselling me by scaring or rushing me, Sahand instead advised a cost-effective timeline in conjunction with general maintenance and followed up with a plan. Couldn’t have been more pleased with my experience and happily would recommend to anyone in the area needing work done to their car.
