Absolutely no return response in a week. Terrible. Stay away
I inquired about a BMW on Autotrader. Received an auto reply from sales dept and waited for a response. Then received an auto reply from the General Manager. Both sales and general manager relaying they would be in touch soon. ?. I even responded asking to get a response ASAP. NOTHING in a week. Arrogant and terrible dealer. STAY AWAY. PERIOD.

So much trouble to schedule Genesis service
I am a snowbird. I purchased my Genesis G70 up north and have had it serviced @ OBrien. I cannot believe how difficult it is to do this. I have called and been told the only person who can schedule is not in. I have called and gotten no answer. Finally, I got through, talked to a very pleasant young man who scheduled me for service today. I asked if concierge service was possible since I live in Sanibel. After checking with his superior, I was told “yes”. It was scheduled for today at 9:00 AM. No one showed up to pick up the car or called to say they weren’t able to do it today. I waited all day and finally called about 5:00PM. The phone rang & rang without being answered. Since the car has to be driven 1500 miles back in the next few weeks, I guess I’ll try again tomorrow. If not, I guess I’ll have to call a dealer in Naples.
I love my Genesis but if it’s that difficult to schedule service, I’ll have to change brands.

Phenomenal Service
I would like to thank Mr. Gary Meyers for taking the time to address my issues regarding my 2015 Hyundai Elantra. His service team techs Ernesto Gomez and Jason kept me well informed and up to date as to the issues I was having. Mr. Gary Meyers stayed on top of things. He gave me a rental car until my car was fixed properly and had his service team member, Jason drivevmy personal car to me for the vehicle swap. I rarely get a day off so I was thrilled they took very good care of me. Thank you so much! I would recommend Hyundai O'Brien to everyone.

Nice place to buy a car
4th car we’ve bought or leased from Obrien in the last 12 years.
In all those interactions, we have ,overall, enjoyed the sales experience , had excellent service after the purchase.
The experience of purchasing a car is not one we relish. I liken in to getting a tooth pulled with no anesthesia! . At Obrien, it is a painless as possible. !!
