Excellent Salesman
I have been researching vehicles for a while and decided to drive a new Palisade. Shawn Phillips greeted me with a smile and asked a few questions a about what options I wanted in a vehicle. I rate a salesman by the way he presents himself and Shawn has high marks from me. He was very engaging and compassionate. Shawn took his life in his own hands and went for a test drive with me. Shawn was very professional, courteous and answered all my questions. We returned to the dealership but there was not the color car I wanted. Shawn called the next day and said they located the color and trim package I wanted. They would have it the next day. Wow that was fast! I was greeted again with a warm smile from Shawn. Jason was amazing with the finance process. No pressure to purchase unwanted add ons. Shawn set my favorite radio station on my car and I was off in my new Palisade. My entire car buying experience was seamless. Kudos to Shawn.
