Unreliable.
My experience with Subaru over the last 8 years has been anything but desirable. What I'm told is not what I get. The service department is despicable. In order to get something done? I have to be an asshole as a customer. I was lied to by the sales representative, I was lied to about the warranty package, I have zero confidence in the service department to take care of me the first time. I have a problem as I was told would happen.
