In a world where AI is replacing all forms of support, it was extremely refreshing to engage with such a thoughtful and supportive team at Parker Subaru. Everything from scheduling a service/recall appointment to the the honesty and integrity in the assessment of my vehicle, was nothing short of exceptional. I was also able to observe the professionalism by the sales team during my wait. Class act across the board.
