I trust Josh and his staff! That is the most important thing. Everyone has been to a shop or dealership that will upsell you or do a substandard job. I don't get that with Parks. I do most of my own work but different family members have taken their cars there and had excellent service. In this case I purchased a set of tires from Parks and it's only been a few days but I put them to the test today and am very happy with their recommendation. Highly recommend if you need an honest and fair shop for anything auto related.
