Came in with a problem from another garage
My car was returned to me from another garage in town and upon leaving their parking lot I knew something was wrong and returned right back to the desk. I was told at this time I needed another part…yet this garage didn’t mention this when I paid my rather large bill . After having a wrench fall out from the engine a week later while waiting for this “part” I contacted PDR to inspect my car. I found out the new struts that were put in , 1 was not tightened which was the loud noise I was hearing on top of other bolts that were not tight. PDR fixed the problem, re-aligned the car and informed me no other part was needed…. I left PDR’s parking lot a satisfied customer and will be using their services from now on.
