The front desk person and the A/C mechanic are beyond disappointing. Either they don't know how an auto A/C system works or they are running a scheme to get you to spend as much money as possible. I strongly suspect it is both.
After spending $70.00, I left their shop with no A/C service performed. Was told the system was blocked and the compressor deteriorated inside. As a result it ruined the entire A/C system. Cost to repair $1200.00.
In fact, two years ago, the A/C was serviced at this shop and the A/C was blowing cold. It was noted that the system had a leak which could not be identified at the time.
Two days later, took the car to an A/C shop nearby . A/C was serviced and is now blowing cold. Cost: $50 inspection + Freon.
Both the front desk person and the mechanic did a gross disservice to this shop. I have been taking my car to Phoenix Complete Auto for many years and had many praises for the work done each time. Had the clutch master cylinder and slave cylinder replaced over a two year period, for example. Had major praises for the work performed with Nate at the front desk.
Now, the place is the complete opposite. I had to drive several hours, well dressed, in the intense summer Florida heat, to attend a formal family event, because of their gross incompetence.
Extremely disappointed with the service and the people currently running the shop. I do not recommend Phoenix Complete Auto with the current staff onboard. Disappointing, disappointing, disappointing shop now.
