Plaza provided details of estimate, small wait notification due to item being so popular they had to hunt one down. (Chevy AC’s are notoriously known for working/not working before totally crapping out). All in all excellent work, only had vehicle for 26 hours, which IMHO is quite speedy in this day and age. Highly recommend. BTW, if you have constraints on when an item is needed, being transparent with Plaza ahead of time saves face. Find most humans do not reciprocate the respect that many businesses deserve nowadays.
