Transmission line repair
I appreciate all that was done to repair the leaking g transmission lines. The owner did what I would have done. Worked on it to his satisfaction. I have owned a business for 45 years and things always don't go smoothly. If there is a issue with my work I fix it without charging. Word of mouth is very important as well as if I don't like it I wouldn't buy it. Thankyou for the extra effort. Leo

Thanks for the honesty and fast work
Very much appreciate I can trust you're not trying to fleece me with extra stuff I don't really need and your prices are very fare and half of what Capital Chevrolet charges. I appreciate as well that you skipped things I don't need, for example not repeating the oil changes you did a few weeks ago when I brought my Suburban back this week for my 200K maintenance. You're high integrity and I recommend you to everyone I know in Salem.

Jeep xj new motor and trans
My jeep is still leaking tyranny fluid and the cause at first was a unsecured tyranny line hitting harmonic balancers pully cut into it. They had just pulled oil pan to work on oil seal leak. Tyranny lines go under that pan. So within a week tyranny lines were leaking. Took it back fluid damaged serpentine and covered engine compartment. Now less than a week it is leaking tyranny fluid again. The Over $400. Bill should have been picked up by them because damage was their work not wear and tear. Now faced with same thing.not happy

Another great experience!
I can't overstate how happy I continue to be with P&M Automotive. My pickup experienced an ABS module failure which they replaced, but the replacement part ( a used part since the module is no longer available) turned out to be defective. They located another module and warrantied the replacement, (both parts and labor) with no questions ask. I've always been treated fairly and the quality of their services are outstanding!

The ONLY place to take my 4runner
P&M has never failed me. I can trust the techs and advisors implicitly. I would never go anywhere else. I have had multiple cars over the years and they have taken excellent care of them all. P&M is the kind of establishment that you yearn to find. As an unknowledgeable woman with regards to automotive mechanics, it would be all too easy to take advantage of me. At P&M I present my issue or maintenance request. They fully inspect my vehicle every time. They go over all their findings with me in detail with pictures and video. They prioritize to accommodate my budget. I will never take a vehicle anywhere else if it can at all be helped. Thank you P&M.
