Great Service Team
In a world of diminishing customer service, Porter sets itself apart. Having been a customer for over 20 years my experience has routinely been top shelf. Recently, I have had each of my 4 vehicles in the shop (all Hyundai for a reason and newest is 7 years old). The team is always responsive. They make it clear what is urgent and what can wait.
The whole team has been wonderful, but a special shoutout for Rachel - if I could steal her way and work for me, I’d do it in a heartbeat.
The shuttle has been an added luxury. Jeff is awesome!
Be proud to be part of an organization that it different.
