Excellent service
I called Porter to order an adapter for my EV that would allow me to charge at Tesla chargers. I received a call that the adapter was in so I drove to Newark on Saturday morning. Despite the website posting hours open until 5 on Saturdays, when I arrived the parts department door said Monday - Friday 8-5. Needless to say I was pretty unhappy. I went in to the service area to see if I couldn’t get some help and found Miguel there. He told me he had the part and was happy to give it to me. I also learned that initially the wrong part was ordered but he noticed my VIN number and so corrected the order right away. He also gave me valuable tips about using the adapter. Miguel is the best! I wish Porter was closer to my home. Great dealership!
