My steering wheel wasn’t straight after an alignment. They took me back after close and the lead tech aligned it the 2nd time, & drove it. He discovered something was pulling my steering wheel, & suggested that I check the warranty on the suspension parts I had replaced somewhere else. Even though it wasn’t their work or fault, they insisted I bring it back & they would do the alignment again free of charge. Really great service & very friendly. Really appreciated the option for late afternoon appointment. Other shops were not as friendly or accommodating. Thank you so much.
