A Team That Cares About Their Customers
After expressing disappointment that a recent visit did not appear to fix a problem with my daughter's car, I was immediately contacted by a staff member who went to great lengths to provide an explanation. I very much appreciated the caring, sincere response. I have been a customer here for over 20 years, and that won't change. We will continue to bring all three of our vehicles to Progressive because over the years they have proven to be honest and trustworthy.

Problem Not Fixed
After bringing my car to Progressive for many years, this is the first time I haven't been satisfied. I paid over $500 for a repair, only to find out two days after picking it up that the problem still exists. At this moment, my car is at another shop, and I expect this bill to be in excess of $600.
