I have never heard "I cant do that" on any custom jobs
Wanting to support all local businesses I went to a nother shop the day before that was closer to my house and after waiting 2 hrs I they said they could not do the job of basic tail pipes on my vehicle. I called Quick muffler and they said sure bring it in we can do that. I was second in line on a Saturday and was in and out in an hr and did an excellent job with a humble attitude and a willingness to tackle the job. Thanks Guys excellent work, great attitude, fast quality work!
Sam & Oscar were great. I had my car repaired this week by the team at QA&E. There is still some lack of smoothness in the car since getting my Chevy Traverse back from them, which may seem like a strange opening statement to begin a 5-Star review with. But allow me to explain.
The slight issue that remains is NOT because of the job they did on my car this past Tuesday. All of this was made clear by QA&E to me in the realm of the "known", and what was the recommended course of action for the time-being; Getting a TUNE-UP (Chevy is closing in on 100K miles) , and repairing the LEAK in the POWER STEERING HOSE -- but keeping in mind there is/was a chance that these repairs may not entirely solve the 'smoothness' issue (possibly related to the transmission or timing chain ~ which I bought a warranty for from Genesis Auto Brokers), but could be investigated further if the Tune-Up did not solve the problem.
Nonetheless, (1) QA&E assessed the car in a timely fashion and did the repair the same day that I brought my car in, (2) prior to repair, everything was made clear to me about what was known/not known about the car's performance and prognosis at the time, and, (3) from this layman's perspective the work they did was great ~ as the car does run better. [Another place in town that gave me an estimate on this car was as follows: very lax in getting around to diagnosing my car on Monday ~ when I was one of the first cars on the premises that morning, and I even had a scheduled appointment for 7:45! ...when I finally WAS contacted late in the afternoon, they had yet to even INVESTIGATE the 'rough ride' issue that I was bringing it in for, but instead recommended that I add a pretty big Brake Job to repairing the power steering leak. ~ a brake job that Oscar found to be UNNECESSARY for the time being -- but in his opinion was something to address in about a YEAR...]
All told, it's nice to find a place that you feel like you can trust, and provide fair pricing for the work they do -- EVEN IF they are not entirely sure about certain issues that their diagnostic tests give the 'all clear' signal on at present. {Mechanics go with the information they get, just like we all do -- but they are not Car Mind Readers/Job-Place Miracle Workers -- any more than any of us want to be pinned down to in our place of employ.} But I'll take an honest assessment ANY DAY over 'guesswork & unnecessary repairs' that come with a massive bill!
"Full Service Car Repair featuring Trustworthy People & Fair Prices" is, in my estimation, the real name of 'Quick Auto & Exhaust' in Franklin. We'll smooth things over (:P) with my Traverse as we get more data, but for now the car is running much better, thanks to QA&E!
Dallas and his guys were outstanding in diagnosing and finally fixing this issue which unfortunately is apparently pretty common on the Chevy Cruze. After the initial fix, we had the check engine light come back on immediately and they continued to assess and diagnose for a matter of weeks. They finally seem to have gotten to the source of the problem which was not directly related to anything they did wrong. While they didn't have to, they did end up treating us more than fairly on the various costs to get to the final solution. Also, their communication throughout the process was outstanding.
These guys are my guys!! They do great exhaust work and my fusion sounds amazing!!!! Highly recommend these guys. They definitely know what they are doing and the welds they put on are amazing
This is the only place I have been bringing my diesel truck for an oil change since purchasing it in Nov of 2019. The staff is great. They get you checked in/ serviced in a prompt courteous manner. Locally owned and operated too.
If you are like me, your picky about who works on your vehicles. Quick Auto & Exhaust has become my go to shop for everything I need (except tires). The friendly faces when you walk in. The way they keep you informed about your vehicle. They do everything they say they will. They stand behind their work. Very affordable! Just an all around quality shop. Keep up the great work team. You e got my business for sure!
Sam and the guys are great! Very friendly, efficient, and they just provide down home auto mechanic service. We may use them at some point in time for something more involved. Way to go quick exhaust!
Fast, friendly, and the GROUPON makes a good value -- which is very important to me. Hard to fully 'trust' places like repair shops these days. ~ either you wonder if they know what they are doing, or you wonder if they "really needed to charge this much"...or both. Starting to build some trust with these guys and may commission them to do more work (than just an oil change/inspection) on one of our cars soon.
Scheduled an oil change the previous day amd went smooth as it has since I’ve been coming here. Treated in a friendly manner. Job well done. Good communication.
