Suddenly, there was no heat in the vehicle. I called and Caitlin got me an appointment within a few days. Since the vehicle is over 20 years old, concern as to if this was a "fixable" problem affordable. Took the vehicle and waited to hear and within less than an hour, problem solved with a need for coolant to be added. So, quick fix, very affordable dare I say cheap! So lucky to have R&G able to continue to take care of the needs for this vehicle. Great people who are very knowledgeable and able to "know their stuff!" If you have not contacted R&G for assistance, you should as you will be very pleased with the quality, price and personal care they give you.
