Natalya said the service was very fast and this business was honest with her throughout the entire experience. She said she trusts Marco, the owner and she appreciates that he speaks Spanish. She really liked the way he interacted and created close relationships with his customers. She was very satisfied that Marco offered a guarantee on the parts. She said she trusts this business more because they offer the guarantee on parts.
Keith said they did a pretty good job on his brakes but he had to come back and have them tighten up his emergency brake. He said that should have been done the first time but they did it free of charge when he came back the second time. He stated he will continue to go back to them for service.

Valarie said the business provides pretty good service and they did what she asked for very quickly. She said when she went in all of the employees were kind of busy in the office, so she wasn't greeted promptly. She is going back to the business for an oil change on Monday.
