Scheduled an appointment to take my car in because I had some stitching loose on the backseat. By the time I finally got it in I also noticed that I had a little small cut in the backseat. They refused to honor my warranty on an over $30,000 car because of the cut even though the stitching is a warranty issue. I got corporate involved and they had no luck either. The final email I got from corporate stated that they refuse to warranty my car because I threw a bottle of water on the ground outside when I left.
