We found a truck on the lot and learned later it had not been through the shop for inspection. We took it on a test drive, decided to purchase but found out after we agreed to purchase that we would not be driving it home. When I asked my salesman Robbie Avila what was left to do on it he tells me what they have done (like change fluids etc) but they had just a few more things. I asked him what was on the list left and he couldn't tell me. I finally found out they had to order parts.
When we made the purchase he was more than willing to fill out the requested reviews for us. I called today and management could not be reached after the gentleman on the phone told me he seen him in the office. They had a fundraiser to go to and put me off another day.
