Recall service
my 2015 Kia optima has engine failure, talked to the caller at a Renton Kia in which they told me there was no recall on this cer. I called corporate office, the connect me three ways with the seller and took it there, on the process they want to make money refused the proposed needed service in consultation with a mechanic I use to service my car. They came up with a starter problem with exorbitant fee. In which I declined. Gradually finished the engine told me to tow it otherwise charge me $100/day. Sent towing brought took it to my mechanic and replaced the starter for a fraction of what they ask, out of under or vengeance they didn’t replace the splash cover which I found out will cost me bout $200. I wood not recommend this dealer at all.
