Expensive
Much more expensive than I thought it would be. Was it because I was from out of town?

We appreciate your feedback, but are quit confused, We were upfront and honest and gained approval before any work was done. As a matter of fact because you were out of town we performed an extra special Road/ Travel check over for FREE. I apologize that you feel like the price was too high, You had coolant leaks and were overheating. You had two coolant hoses leaking that were old swollen and cracked,( upper and Lower Radiator Hoses). We also repaired your coolant reservoir. We took extra care to make sure you would make it back to your destination. We also did a full A/C check for Free and gave you a $75 credit. Total bill with tax was $515 and that included tax. I am so sorry you felt like we took some sort of advantage of you. You never said anything to us. I am sorry that you felt like posting a bad review without giving us any indication you were unhappy. We got you in and out and kept your safety and well being in our hearts and minds the entire time. Triple checked your systems and got you back on the road as you wanted ASAP! It hurts my heart that you would post something like this with absolutely no indication of anything from you to us. May the Lord Bless you and we hope your travel back was safe.
