At Roadrunner Automotive, we are used to repairing vehicles according to OE (original equipment) specifications. In your case, your engine had aftermarket modifications that we were unfamiliar with, and we did let you know about this upfront.

We also found that your vehicle required a fuel pump replacement, which we completed. Our goal was to get your truck running again, but since the repair involved non-standard parts, there were additional challenges that fell outside of normal OE procedures.

We understand how frustrating this was for you, and we’ll use your experience as a reminder to continue improving how we communicate when a repair involves custom or aftermarket modifications. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to work on your vehicle and for supporting a local business.
