Great customer service! Dave is a true professional . While waiting for my service , I was offered coffee and was able to watch the news on a big screen TV while sitting in very comfortable leather chairs . The team at this store put all new ( excellent by the way) winter tires , balanced and aligned everything within an hour for a fair price . I was handed my key fob with a smile and told to have a nice day as I left. What a refreshing change from what I was used to before finding this shop! I highly recommend Dave and his team at ROC Auto Service and Tires! Thank you I’ll be back!
