I had a Thursday appointment but wasn’t going to be able to drop it off so I called Tuesday and asked to drop it off early. Although they have limited lot space, they agreed without hesitation. I dealt with Caleb as the service writer and he was great, very knowledgeable and didn’t try any upsells on services. My Tuscon was serviced early and they completed everything I had asked plus a recent ignition recall. Caleb and his coworkers were pleasant and professional to deal with plus the overall communication was prompt and courteous. They have an outstanding team at Rowe Hyundai.
