From the moment I walked in, the entire team treated us with such kindness and urgency. Kerrie, especially, was a blessing. She listened to me, understood how stressful the situation was, and made me feel genuinely cared for during a moment when I felt completely overwhelmed.
They discovered that everything on the right front tire had come loose. Hearing them say they were surprised we even made it there shook me. The tire was literally about to fall off. But they jumped into action, tightened everything, and made the car safe enough for us to get home. They didn’t take advantage of our situation, didn’t overcharge us, and got us in faster than I ever expected.
