Too long for an oil change
While I appreciate the same day scheduling, I had an appointment and confirmed that I'd be waiting for car. The oil change took 2 hours at a price of $155. While I'm ok with a premium price for a premium place, an oil change with an appointment should not take that long. Other man waiting there also had a 12:30 appointment for an oil change, was there after I left, and was not happy about his wait
