Like a time machine
Using Santos is like stepping back in time to a place when people respected your finances and your time. If your car is broke, when you get it back it'll be like stepping in back in time to when it wasn't broke. If you need a loaner car it'll be like stepping back in time and getting into a car that's vintage but it'll run and the air condition works good. They also have people that answer the phone here and talk to you like a human. Another thing of the past.Highly recommended.
