From the minute we call and speak with the ever patient Giselle who is always polite and upbeat to Brad, the owner, we were treated with respect, honesty, and charged a fair price for all services.
My son also brings his truck here and thought he has a major repair coming when Brad called with the news it was a few hundred dollars. He is a SDV and was so grateful, he was told in Georgia the repair would cost him thousands - in a military community.
If asked who keeps our family of trucks tuned, well-maintained and driving hundreds of thousands of miles, it is Scott’s Valley Transmission - always.
Thank you!
