I find the service at Shane’s to be honest and the service techs to be knowledgeable. I had a vehicle that was coming off dealer warranty and the dealer was refusing to service a break job that they performed only15k miles earlier. I called Shane’s to look at it. They diagnosed the issue and documented it.
With the knowledge I was able to ensure the vehicle was fixed properly.
That said they will now have all three of my cars to maintain and fix when things go wrong.
